And how to improve the quality of the file

A: Good quality burn VCD / DVD.
1st Write The lowest of low. wait for quality. Don't use PC during Burn.
2nd disc is part. Depending on what storage durability. it and certainly take a good Disc.
3rd Writer must not in the bad condition.
4th file must not a damage. Make image file for write instantly can prevent bad write more files.
5th Improve the quality of the movie files without conversion program. But the condition is that you must use a high resolution file to convert from DVD Rip like a VCD but this clearly if the movie camera to take .3 gp vdo cd to do quality of image resolution. may be reduced. If the camera's source has low resolution. Do not take for it to do that. Will be in the mood to watch. Some files can compress the size of the picture will become clear, but The older the home players will illegible.

A : 1. Check power supply has enough for system.

2. Check all temp on system bios. see all fan works on system.

3. Check Switches on PC that works. Press power button to check during boot up.

4. Electric plugs are in good position with good condition.
