This will not be able to access Windows or harddisk Start immediately.
Press F2 or Del or key that assigned to setup BIOS. Don't for get to disable boot up sequence on removeable drive as floppy, CD, DVD, USB, SCSI just allow HDD to boot only.
Enter Password to start the Boot Windows and password to setup BIOS.
Last is booking all password in safe place.
